Argento has also directed several movies, including "Scarlet Diva" and "Misunderstood". She is also known for her work as a feminist and social activist, advocating for women's rights, LGBTQ+ inclusiveness, and the #MeToo movement. In 2018, Argento was accused of sexually assaulting actor Jimmy Bennett, which she denied.
